The Vietnam National Administration of Tourism (VNAT) today announced measures that streamlined procedures for entering Vietnam.
Simply put, all visitors to Vietnam will have to have:
On arrival, complete the Health Declaration Form via tokhaiyte.vn prior to going to the Immigration agent. This app can be pre-downloaded into your phone.
In order to make your entry into Vietnam as smooth as possible, Trails of Indochina strongly recommends booking our “Fast Track” service for arrival. You will be met by a Trails of Indochina representative holding a name sign, either at the plane bridge or entry to arrival hall. They will gather all documents and handle all protocols; then assist with luggage through to meeting your guide and driver.
In addition, The Vietnam Department of Immigration, via their National Web Portal, today announced, that visitors requiring visas can now easily apply on-line.
Please follow directions carefully, as all information must exactly match your passport. You will need to scan the opening page of your passport in addition to scanning a photo. Once the information is properly entered, and the USD25 fee is paid, the e-visa will be processed within 3 days. You then need only to print out a copy and present that to Immigration Services upon arriving (and exiting), along with your passport and other (Covid related) documents.
There’s a whole country waiting for you to explore, the way you want to see it. We at Trails of Indochina stand ready to welcome you and will endeavour to make your trip as safe, hassle-free and enjoyable as possible.
