  • DAY 01: ARRIVE BEIJING

    Arrive in Beijing, China’s capital for more than 800 years. Today, the city is a fascinating mix of old and new. Transfer to your desired city hotel and enjoy the rest of your day at leisure.
  • DAY 02: DISCOVER BEIJING

    Discover two of the most fascinating sites in Beijing – Tiananmen Square and the Forbidden City. Transfer from the hotel to Tiananmen Square. After Lunch your visit to this magnificent city continues with the Imperial Summer Palace, former holiday home of the Imperial family. In the evening, transfer to a local restaurant to sample the local delicacy, the world-renown Peking Duck.
  • DAY 03: THE GREAT WALL OF CHINA

    The Great Wall of China is truly a wonder of the world originally built as a fortification to protect the Chinese Empire from northern armies. Visit the Mutianyu section which snakes up and down several mountains and valleys and is remarkably well preserved. After visiting the wall, enjoy lunch at the Schoolhouse Restaurant Return to the city to enjoy the evening at leisure.
  • DAY 04: XIAN

    Transfer to the airport for a domestic flight to Xian, ancient capital of the Chinese kingdom for 12 dynasties and center of culture and civilization. On arrival, pay a visit to the ancient city walls of Xian, one of the best preserved city walls in the entire country. Spend some time walking on top of the walls to admire the view; Visit the lively Muslim Quarter where you can explore the Islamic food Markets and the Great Mosque. In the evening transfer to a local restaurant to enjoy a traditional Shui Jiao dumpling buffet.
  • DAY 05: THE TERRACOTTA WARRIORS

    The terracotta soldiers army is one of the most important archaeological sites in China. After the visit, head back towards Xian. Visit the 15-tiered Little Goose Pagoda. Return to the hotel.
  • DAY 06: GUILIN

    Fly to Guilin, one of the most picturesque areas in China. After lunch, visit the Reed Flute Cave, known as a place of Natural Art. Spend some time to explore the cave and observe the stalactites & stalagmites illuminated by different colors lights. Return to town and enjoy the evening at leisure.
  • DAY 07: GUILIN TO YANGSHUO

    Cruise along the stunning Li River to Yangshuo for two nights stay. Your journey takes you past tranquil farming, fishing villages and picturesque scenery. Relax in a street side café and enjoy the colorful atmosphere of this enchanting town.
  • DAY 08: YANGSHUO

    Enjoy either an easy cycling tour, a Chinese painting instruction or take the day at leisure. The choice is yours.
  • DAY 09: YANGSHUO TO CHONGQING

    Enjoy the morning at leisure and transfer to Chongqing where you board the Yangtze cruise for 3 nights.
  • DAY 10: YANGTZE CRUISE – FENGDU

    Our Yangtze cruise takes us downstream today to Fengdu. Lunch, dinner and overnight on board.
  • DAY 11: YANGTZE CRUISE – THREE GORGES

    Enter the Three Gorges, one of nature's most extraordinary sculptures. You will pass through Qutang Gorge and Wu Gorge. Take an excursion through the Danning River Small Gorges, which are narrower than the Three Gorges, but very impressive. Enter Xiling Gorge, the longest, and deepest of the Three Gorges. In the evening, sail through the Three Gorges Dam Ship locks. Lunch, dinner and overnight on board.
  • DAY 12: YANGTZE CRUISE – THREE GORGES DAM - SHANGHAI

    Visit the largest dam in the world – China’s Three Gorges Dam at Sandouping. Transfer to Yichang for lunch and then fly to Shanghai – China’s largest and most prosperous city. Transfer to your hotel. In the evening, transfer to a local restaurant for dinner.
  • DAY 13: SHANGHAI

    Visit the Yu Yuan Gardens which include several pavilions, ceremonial halls, rock gardens and fish ponds. After some time here, head nearby to explore other streets and shops of the Old town. Then head to one of the best and most comprehensive museums in the country, the Shanghai Museum to learn about chinese history. Enjoy a delicious local lunch, then explore the Xintiandi area, famous for its unique shikumen architectural style. In the evening, transfer to a local restaurant for dinner.
  • DAY 14: AROUND SHANGHAI

    Visit the ancient town of Zhujiajiao, an important trading hub in the area. Admire ancient buildings and shops along the canals, the old market area and small alleys used by the local people. After lunch, head back to Shanghai and walk to the famous Bund, or riverfront area.
  • DAY 15: DEPARTURE

    Free day at leisure until your transfer to the airport.
